New to Dayton, the Salt Block Biscuit Company just opened in September 2020 and is already making quite a splash. The bakery and cafe serves breakfast and brunch along with desserts.

The main menu attraction is, of course, biscuits — which come in four or five varieties. You can top your biscuits with housemade spreads, butters, and infused honey, or order a sandwich.
